Maybe your have been asking yourself if a car wrap is a the right choice for your business. We pulled together a list of some of the great questions we’ve been asked about vehicle wraps.

QuestionWhat exactly is a car or vehicle wrap?
Answer – It’s essentially a large sticker made out of vinyl that is shrink wrapped to the vehicle. The wrap itself is printed out in a large sheet.

QuestionDoes it ruin the paint or finish of the car?
Answer – No need to worry about the paint or finish! With a professional instillation and eventual removal, the wrap can actually help protect the paint.

QuestionDo I have to wrap the whole car?
Answer – You can do the entire car or a partial wrap. Your car wrap profession will help match the wrap design to the paint color of the vehicle. You can do the front end, back end, tailgates, or just the rear quarter panels. Pathway signs and graphics can help you determine if a partial wrap would work well with your car, truck or van.

Vehicle Wrap (10)Question: With a full car wrap, the windows are covered. How will I be able to see out of them?
Answer: A printable perforated window film is the material used on the windows. The perforations are tiny holes that allow for you to see out from inside the vehicle and can drive the car safely. Those people outside of the vehicle will only see your great graphics. Although you can see well outside of the windows, it will not be as clear as an unwrapped window.

Question: How long does a vehicle wrap last?
Answer: The answer depends on the quality of the wrap and the installation. With a professional installation, the wrap can last 3-5 years. Be sure to make sure your installer is trained or certified.

Question: How long will it take to wrap the vehicle?
Answer: The wrap will take a couple days. Times will vary due to the vehicle size and if graphic design is included.

Question: What happens if my vehicle is in an accident, can the wrap be fixed?
Answer: After the vehicle is fixed, we can reprint the section of the wrap that needs to be repaired. Contact your insurance provider to see if the cost of the repair can be covered by your policy.

Question: Should I wash my car before the instillation of the wrap?
Answer: Yes, the vehicle should be clean of any dirt, mud, wax or oil. A clean vehicle is necessary to make sure the vinyl adheres to the car.

Question: Do you provide design services for the wrap?
Answer: We can take your company or organizations logo and branding materials and come up with an eye-catching design that will work as a mobile billboard for your business needs.
